How does the memberships work on this site?
**When you sign up for the first time you are given a 2 Day Promotional Period with Full Access to the site. **To gain Full Access to the site you would choose your Gold Membership Level under "Membership Info." by clicking on the the first symbol at the bottom of the site that is a "Person with a Star". You can find "Membership Info." also under the Speedometer symbol on the left side of the menu bar. Please see the Question below: "Why We Charge for Premium Membership" Note: Our Gold Memberships are recurring UNTIL Cancelled. How do I Upgrade my Membership to Gold Level for Full Access to the site?
On the Menu Bar on the left hand side there is a "Speedometer" symbol and when you place your cursor over the symbol the menu drops down and you will see "Membership Info." Click on "Membership Info." to find the Gold Membership for Full Site Access. Note: Our Gold Memberships are recurring UNTIL Cancelled. How do I Cancel/Change/Update My Gold Membership?
Please send a message using the "Contact" button on your Dashboard Page. Please tell us know your Name on your Credit Card and the date you are being charged and what you would like to have done to your account.
Is your checkout secure for credit cards?
Our credit card processing company uses SSL technology and we have an SSL certificate for the site, which means there are secure high encryption credit card processing servers used to process your credit card transactions. For you this means that your credit card information cannot be stolen, hacked or anything else. It is 100% safe. When you choose a Gold Membership a Window Pops Up that is directly linked to our Payment Processor and the links are hidden and masked for your protection.
Can I call Customer Service to pay over the phone for my membership?
You can call our Toll Free Number (888) 962-6877 to Pay by phone with a Credit Card. Man-Upp will be our message on the answering service if you do not get someone live. We are a part of Man-Upp.
Why do you Charge for a Premium Membership?
Our sites have grown and changed in many ways since we first got started. We have always looked for ways to Improve and Add New Features. We began charging for membership in 2009 when we added Live Video Chat Room and Video Viewing Sections of the site. Because Chatting and Videos are important features to the site we have worked to find the best solutions to continue offering them both. This Site is Now on it's own dedicated server which provides high speed access and storing capabilities for members. Our Gold Membership allows members to have use of all the Site Features. We have modeled this site after other popular Profile & Fetish sites and continually check to see that we are in line with our Membership Costs and Features being offered. One thing you do not see on the site is an over abundance of Flash Ads and Commercial Banners. We also Do Not sell your information to Internet Marketers. Your personal information is Safe with us. Our Goal is to make this one of the Best Men's Site on the Web! We know it can only be obtained by all of you being a part of it.
The site does not recognize my password and Username?
If you were a member of the old site you do have to "Join" the new site and answer the new profile questions. **If you have already joined, you should first clear your browser cookies and history. On the Log In Box there is an option to request a "password reset." Select that option next if you cannot get in after clearing your browser. **You will be sent a temporary password and your ID number. Note: Log in Using your Username and the temporary Password you have been sent. Do not Use the ID number. That is your Id Number for your profile that was given when you registered. **You should check your Spam Folder in your email for the new new password if you do not see it in your regular mailbox. **Please send us a message in "Contact" and let us know if you are still having problems. Clearing your cookies and history regularly will help with this.
How do I "Edit" or Update my Profile and Profile Questions?
**When you are Viewing your Profile there is an "Edit" button the left hand side of the page. When you click on it you are taken to your profile questions to Update. **NOTE: The common mistake that occurs is when you are Updating your Profile or Answering Your Profile Questions, is missing the Questions that have the Red Asterisk beside them. Note: You also need to wipe out your password if you do not want it to change or if you do want it to change you have to enter it twice. **They Must be answered for your Profile to Save. When all of the Questions with the Red Asterisk are answered and you hit the "Save" button you will receive a Message at the Top of your Profile saying "Profile Update is Now Saved" **We require certain questions to be answered to help you be found better in our search engines by members that have similar interests.
How do I change my password on my profile?
**You change your password by selecting "Edit" while viewing your profile. You will see your password filled in but only dots and the second box blank. Clear the first box and type your new password in and the repeat it in the second box. **Note you do have to make sure all the questions with the red asterisk are answered for your profile to save and change the password.
How do I load or change my Profile Picture (Avatar)?
When You first "Join" you are given the option to Upload a photo. When you do upload a photo and your profile is approved you are taken to a screen that shows that picture and asks if you want to make it your Avatar? **Avatar is the same thing as "Your Main Profile Picture." You also have other characters you can choose there as well. **When you want to CHANGE your Avatar you either Upload a picture or choose from pictures you have already Uploaded. You go to the page displaying the picture and on the left you will see several buttons and one says "Make My Avatar." By selecting this button you will then have the ability to make that picture your Avatar.
How do I load Photos & Videos to my Profile?
The easiest way to go about this is to click for example on the "Photos" tab on the top menu bar. In the top right hand corner of the page you will see buttons that begin with "Add An Album." You create an album and give it a theme like "My Cigar Pictures" and then "Submit" it. Once you have created an album then you Upload pictures to it. This will be displayed in the Picture Section of the site and on your profile. You can also make your Albums "Private" or viewable to Everyone. Same Steps for Videos.
What type of pictures or videos are Allowed?
You are Allowed to Upload Videos and Pictures that are your own material and best display you to others so they can learn more about you. Copyright material is not allowed on the site unless you are identified as the owner. ***What is NOT allowed is anything that is unlawful such as material depicting Child porn, and Beastiality or Violence, Blood or Scat themes. For more information on Guidelines for the site Please See "Terms of Use" under the "About" Tab on the menu bar.
What is the "Key" icon or picture on my Profile in several places when I view it?
If you click on the picture of the "Key" it will allow to change the Privacy Settings of that section of your profile. You can have different privacy settings for each section of your profile as well.
Where do I find the People I hit their "Fav" button on their profile?
Those People are added to your "Hot List" and if you want to Review or Remove Someone from Your "Favs List" go to your "Account Home" or "Dashboard" and Click on your "Contacts" button. You will see a list that starts with "Friends" and ends with "Friend Requests" On that list is "Hot Lists." Click there and choose on the left side: From "Your Username" and you will see Everyone You have added to Your Hot List.
How Do I Only Allow People I Choose To See PRIVATE Photos or Videos of mine?
**First, you create a Folder and Call it "Private" in the Photo or Video Section, you will choose "Favs" as Who Can View The Folder and then you Add the Private Photos and Videos to it. Then if you Click the "Fave" button on someone's profile they will be able to see your Private Folder.**If you want to Review or Remove Someone from Your "Favs List" go to your "Account Home" or "Dashboard" and Click on your "Contacts" button. You will see a list that starts with "Friends" and ends with "Friend Requests" On that list is "Hot Lists." Click there and choose on the left side: From "Your Username" and you will see Everyone You have added to Your Hot List. There you will see everyone on you Hot List that can view Private Folders if you have any set that way. Note: You can create Folders that only your Friends see, Only Members see and so on.
How do I load Photos & Videos in the Group Section?
Everyone can Join Groups and Post Photos and Videos that relate to the Group. To Join a Group you select the "Join" button. Once You Become a "Fan" of a Group you Select the Buttons on the Left hand side of the Group that say "Add Photo" or "Add Video" and it will Upload to the Group Only and Will not appear under your Profile. If you are a member of that Group it will show up on your Profile Page only that you are a Member.
How do I load Videos from YouTube?
All Members can load a links from YouTube on their profile. After you "Add a Video Folder" to your profile, you choose "Add A Video." Then for the "Choose an Uploader" you choose "Embed" from the drop down box. A blank field will appear below that and you will then copy and paste or type the Web address for the Video already loaded on YouTube. Becuase the Videos are loaded on YouTube by their owners you are allowed to load other peoples videos on your profile. We suggest you create a Video Folder that is Titled for example "Favorite Cigar Videos" or "Favorite Smoking Videos." or whatever you would like to title your Video Folder for YouTube Videos. Please stick to the theme of our site when adding YouTube Videos.
How do I Block or Un-Block a member from communicating with me?
On your Dashboard page (speedometer symbol takes you to your page) you have a Section called "Mailbox." Under that Section you have a "Contacts" box. Click on your "Contacts" and there is a "Activity" Menu Bar that includes "Hot List," "Friends," & "Blocked List." You can see Who has blocked you called "To You" and those you have Blocked, "From You" shows those you have Blocked and when you Select that list you will see members you have Blocked. You can select anyone and there is a button on the bottom right that says "Unblock."
Where are my "Favorites" located once I mark a picture or video as a "Add to Favorite?"
Your "Favorites" are found on the Main Photo & Video Pages. They appear on the left hand side of the page below the "Featured" Photos and Videos.
I am having problems Viewing Videos and Video Chatting, what can I do?
The first thing you need to try is Downloading the latest version of Adobe Flash Player. Use this link: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ You should also "Clear" your browser's cookies and history. Many times simply clearing your browser's cookies and history will resolve many common issues when your having trouble viewing multi media sites like ours.
How does the "Featured" Profiles, Videos and Photo's work on the Site?
**"Featured" Members are chosen randomly each day. We strive to add at least 10 "new" Featured Members to the list each day. You can request for your Profile to be Featured and that is explained in the Question Below. Featured Profiles appear on the Main page of the site in order of your Registration Date on the site. "Featured" Photos and Videos are chosen from the submission list in order of the date the were added to the site. We choose photos that are clear and large enough to show up in the Featured Box on the top of the photo page. We choose Photos and Videos that emphasis the theme of the site of Cigars, Pipes and Smoking.
How do I have my Profile "Featured" on the Home Page and in the All Members Section?
**To "Feature" your profile on the site for more traffic and views to your Profile, Photos and Videos go to the menu bar and choose the "Member" image next to the "Speedometer" and you will find "Feature Profile." When you click on the option you are taken to our Secure checkout on our Affiliate Cigar Site. A few steps and you can purchase your profile to be "Featured" for 3 days. We price compared this Feature among several sites and decided to offer more time for your money when being "Featured."
What are the Colored Dots in the right hand corner of a Member's Profile Picture(Avatar)?
The Color Dot Gives your Their Status if you move your cursor over it. For Example "Gold" means they are online. You can also single click on the Color Dot and the Interact Buttons will drop down for your to Message or Email them or Even Friend them
My Profile is Not "Saving" when I try to Upload it or I am trying to "Edit" it?

How do I know if I have Friend Requests?
After logging in, look to the bottom right of your screen and there you should see a "Tool Bar" that starts with a symbol of "Envelopes" then a "Shopping Cart" is next. Your "Friend Requests" is the 5th symbol down the line. Click on it and you will see how many friend requests you have and that are pending. This Quick Link Tool Bar will help you get to things with your account as well.
How do I get Videos to Play or Videos are not Playing for me when I click on them?
**Our Video Player is a high quality player and after videos are uploaded they do take about 30 minutes to show up on the site. **When you click the play button depending on your internet speed there can be a 5-30 sec delay before it starts playing. **You also need to clear your cookies and history on your browser regularly when viewing a lot of videos. **You do need the most Updated Version of Adobe Flash Player to sucessfully play videos on our site found here: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ **New Members have 2 Days of Unlimited Video Viewing. **Gold Members have Unlimited Video Upload and Unlimited Viewing.
The Chat Room is not displaying or working for me?
First thing you should do is download Adobe Flash Player at this link: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ If you have it downloaded make sure you have the newest version that you can find at the link above. Clearing your cookies and history on your web browser will usually clear up any problem also. Note: Only Gold Members have access to the Group & Video Chat Feature
I need help in the Chat Room?
In the Top of the Chat Room Box there are instructions stating that for "Help" with the Chat Room click on the "?" symbol that is on the bottom right of the Chat Room page. There you can find answers to common questions about the Chat Room.
How do I whisper in the chat room?
A: There are actually two different ways to perform a whisper in chat. 1rst Method: 1. Locate the name of the user you would like to whisper to in the "Users in the Lobby" area on the right hand side of the screen. 2. Click on that users name using your mouse. (PC users, left click) 3. A pop-up box will appear with multiple options available for that user. 4. Click on the option "Whisper Message". 5. Type the message to be sent to that user in the standard text box for the chat room. Note that the users name will be listed on the left side of the chat box along with an icon representing sound waves ))) 6. Press enter or click the send button to send your whisper. 2nd Method: 1. Locate the toolbar directly above the chat box where you would normally type your mesage to the room. 2. On the toolbar there are two important elements, the first is the "Send To:" selection box, and directly to the right of that is the "Whisper" check box. 3. Select the user you wish to whisper to from the selection box. If there are too many users in the room you will have to use Method 1. 4. Make sure the check box for Whisper is checked. If you check the check box then select a user the box will automatically un-check. 5. Type your message to the user you wish to whisper to. Before pressing enter pay attention to the icon on the left of the line of text you are typing. If the icon is a green arrow, your message will be to be a "Directed Message" that is still sent to the entire room. If the icon is the green sound wave icon mentioned in Method 1, your message is indeed a private whisper. 6. After confirming the icon is correct, press enter or click the send button to send your whisper. NOTE: If the user you are whispering to signs off as you are preparing to send the message or just as you click send, the message will be sent PUBLIC. For longer private conversations, it is far easier to select the user name, using Method 1 and then select the option "Request Private Chat". This option will open a new Tab to hold a conversation with that user. You may also wish to send them a standard whisper before opening the chat to let them know to look for it. NOTE: There have been reports that this option has incompatibilities with certain versions of ManyCam.
How do I "Instant Message" with another Member?
When you are Viewing Someones Profile there are Grey Buttons on the left and one says "Chat." That is how you start a Instant Message Chat with that User. You can also single click on the "Color Dot" in the right hand corner of their Profile Picture (Avatar) and open those boxes as well to Interact with the Member. Note: The Instant Message Feature is part of the Gold Membership package. Standard Members can be emailed or email you back.
